HOG Fly & Ride "Discontinued"?

C'è un mio cuggino di quindicesimo grado che vorrebbe noleggiare una motoretta per un giro negli States.
E approfittare del programma Fly & Ride offerto ai members HOG.
Scrive a un concessionario per capire come muoversi e riceve questa risposta:

"Harley actually discontinued the HOG Fly & Ride program, and is now directing HOG members to Authorized Rental dealers to rent through the dealerships. We were a Fly & Ride dealer before 2011, when they cut the program".

oppure hanno la concorrenza dei voli low cost e la gente prende quelli e nolleggia lo stesso da òloro poi.
