Ho fatto una ricerca su HMHD e sembra che la differenza sia sulla parola "TALL" che in inglese significa alto, probabilmente indica che il giubbotto è più lungo.....

Non credo sia la misura, perchè poi sia per il primo che per il secondo si possono scegliere le taglie che vanno dalla S sino alla 5XL...
